Hi,
Fingers dipped in a normal rice vinegar does the trick, but did you know that rice vinegar is extremely healthy. It has no fat or cholesterol and is very low in calories, it's great if you're weight watching. It can be used in many dishes just to add flavor.
Let me know how your sushi turns out without the fish.

i have never seen the cone shape before but i will definitely try it. do you use a sweet rice vinegar to prepare the sushi rice? sushi is beautiful to look at really, but i want to make it without the raw fish. i know, sounds like a contradiction
